1.Privacy:
Your use of Site or Service is subject to MikroTik Canada's Privacy Policy located at "https://mikrotikcanada.ca/privacy-policy/." Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and Service and informs users of our data collection practices. Using the Site and Service or agreeing to these terms, you consent to MikroTik Canada's collection, use and disclosure of your Content and information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Electronic Communications:
Visiting the Site or sending emails to MikroTik Canada constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive automatic notifications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such discussions be in writing.
MikroTik Canada does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with a parent or guardian's permission.

Furthermore, MikroTik Canada is a certified training partner for Mikrotik, conducting public or private training sessions and certification tests according to the official MikroTik Training Outline and is a separate entity from Mikrotik. MikroTik Canada is not affiliated with Mikrotik.
Third-party sites and organizations deliver specific services. By using any product, service or functionality originating from Site and Service, you with this acknowledge and consent that MikroTik Canada may share such information and data with any third party with whom MikroTik Canada has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of MikroTik Canada users and customers.

MikroTik Canada at their discretion may use the CLIENT's name, logo and services being provided by MikroTik Canada in its marketing material, presentations and in Client Success Stories. MikroTik Canada may also inform other potential clients about the relationship between the CLIENT and MikroTik Canada.

International Users:
The Site and Service are controlled, operated and administered by MikroTik Canada from our offices within Canada. If you access the Site and Service from a location outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the MikroTik Canada Site content and Service in any country or any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MikroTik Canada, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or Service, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of ...T.O.C. or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. MikroTik Canada reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with MikroTik Canada in asserting any available defences.

Termination/Access Restriction:
MikroTik Canada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and Service or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, and you at this moment consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Toronto, Ontario in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site and Service. Use of the Site and Service is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of the ...T.O.C., including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and MikroTik Canada as a result of this agreement or use of the Site and Service. MikroTik Canada's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of MikroTik Canada's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site and Service or information provided to or gathered by MikroTik Canada's with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
A printed version of the ...T.O.C. and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records initially generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

MikroTik Canada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Site and Service are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. MikroTik Canada encourages you to review the ...T.O.C. to stay informed of our updates periodically.
...R.M.A. and Return Policy
...R.M.A.:
MikroTik Canada warrants all RouterBOARD series equipment for the term of twelve (12) months from the shipping date to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under regular use and Service, except in case of damage caused by mechanical, electrical or other accidental or intended damages caused by improper use or due to wind, rain, fire or other acts of nature.
Follow the instructions below to save time, effort, avoid costs and improve the speed of the ...R.M.A. process.
1. Apply ONLY if you purchased your equipment directly from MikroTik Canada Inc.
2. MikroTik Canada Inc. offers repairs for products that are not covered by warranty. Exceptions can be made for: CCR1016-12G, CCR1016-12G-BU, CCR1036-12G-4S, RB1100, RB1100AH, RB1100AHx2, RB1200, RB600, RB600A and RB800 .
3. Out-of-warranty devices and devices not covered by warranty sent to MikroTik Canada Inc. will be returned to the sender at the sender's cost. If the customer has not organized the return of such rejected devices within 12 months from the day of arrival, MikroTik Canada Inc. has the right to discard them.
4. Give us your Invoice number, if you purchased MikroTik RouterOS online, or information about the preinstalled system you bought from us. (Support is only for paying customers)
5. Give a brief problem description, including information about your network setup.
6. When the problem appears to execute the /system sup-output command to create a support output file. Get support.rif file from your router using ftp BINARY mode and attach it to your email message with the support request.
All Other Returns: Only unused or unopened items may be returned within seven days of order receipt. A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply unless determined to be a shipment error on our part.
MikroTik Canada handles MikroTik warranty returns and MikroTik Canada Inc. will perform hardware repairs or provide a replacement only in the event of a hardware failure within the warranty period. Troubleshoot the customer must complete procedures before returning the product to MikroTik Canada Inc.. to confirm that the product is being returned for warranty hardware repair. If a device is returned to MikroTik Canada Inc. for warranty repair, and we find the hardware not defective, there will be a $50 technical support fee per device. The cost will be charged back to the customer before the item is returned. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for return freight — No EXCEPTIONS.
Returns:
All returns to MikroTik Canada Inc. are handled as exchanges or store credit toward a future purchase. All returns must have a valid ...R.M.A. number. To request an ...R.M.A. number, log into your account and select ...R.M.A. from the options menu at the left of your screen. Identify the order and the product you wish to ...R.M.A. and follow instructions on the screen. Once your ...R.M.A. request is received, our ...R.M.A. team will review your application and respond within two business days or sooner. All products returned for an exchange or store credit must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Defective products received by the customer as ...D.O.A. must be reported within seven days. Shipping errors, such as incorrect quantities or incorrect product received, must be reported within seven days. Products purchased from our Clearance Sale, Overstock, Open Box or Special Order (...S.P.O.), or non-stocked items, or custom-assembled products, cannot be returned or exchanged. Order shipments, which arrived damaged, must have a completed "Damage Parcel Report" with ...U.P.S., USPS, or DHL. All products being returned must be shipped pre-paid. Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted and returned to the shipper at the customer's expense. If the repair is under warranty, MikroTik Canada Inc. will return the product to the customer, within Canada-Post, using Standard Service at no charge. Expedited shipping methods, international shipping costs, customs fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. For non-warranty returns, the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs. All products being returned for store credit must be in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards and instructional sheets, and new, unused condition with the factory seal intact. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or have missing parts, manuals, warranty cards, or damaged when returned (unless it's ...D.O.A.). A 25% restocking fee will apply. To ensure that the product remains in returnable condition, do not use the product box as the shipping box. You must repackage in another box with appropriate packing materials. Products arriving in a product box will be returned to the shipper at the customer's expense. The customer is responsible for adequately packaging the products returned. Contents of the package not matching the information on the ...R.M.A. form will be cause for the return of ALL equipment.
MIKROTIK RMA PROCESS:
All MikroTik RouterBOARD returns must be "net-installed" by the customer before being returned to MikroTik Canada Inc. A $50 technical support fee will be assessed to any MikroTik ...R.M.A.s that are repaired with the "net-install" process. Most issues can be resolved with the reinstallation process.
