The MikroTik GPOE-CON-mini is a compact PoE converter designed to power 24V Passive PoE devices from standard 48–57V 802.3af/at PoE infrastructure. It eliminates the need to replace switches, add separate PoE injectors, or run additional power cables. With support for network speeds up to 2.5 Gigabit, a rugged compact enclosure, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, it is ideal for indoor and outdoor network deployments.

The MikroTik GPOE-CON-mini is a compact PoE voltage converter that allows standard 48–57V IEEE 802.3af/at PoE infrastructure to power devices requiring 24V Passive PoE.
Instead of replacing an existing PoE switch, installing another injector, or running a separate power cable, the GPOE-CON-mini can be installed inline between the network switch and the 24V Passive PoE device. It receives standard PoE input and converts it to 24V Passive PoE output at up to 0.5A.
It is especially useful when deploying compatible MikroTik equipment such as LHG, SXTsq, Groove, and NetBox ax at locations where only standard 48V PoE infrastructure is available. A single Ethernet cable can carry both network connectivity and power to the installation point while the GPOE-CON-mini handles the voltage conversion.
The converter supports network speeds of up to 2.5 Gigabit, making it suitable for modern high-speed network installations. Its compact 87 × 33 × 20 mm enclosure makes it easy to install in tight spaces, and it is designed to fit inside the MikroTik GPeR-IP67-Case for outdoor applications.
With a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, the GPOE-CON-mini is well suited for demanding network environments where reliable PoE conversion is required.

General information
All students who attend the Training can receive a free L4 license from MikroTik. Training should be at least three days long.
Students are allowed to take the certification test ONLY upon the attendance of individual training course, in the class, under the supervision of a MikroTik Certified Training Partner.
Each certification test consists of a pre-defined % of random questions (multiple choice and true/false) from specific question categories. Items also have a difficulty parameter. MTCNA test is generated from more straightforward questions, Advanced tests – from more difficult questions.
Only one attempt is allowed. The test must be finished within one hour. The passing grade is set to 60%. There are 25 questions in the exam.
Certificate numbers and RouterOS L4 licenses are assigned automatically by MikroTik. Students can see their certificates and generate license keys once logged into the account server. Printed documents from MikroTik cost USD 30 per piece. Shipping is not included.
Remote training sessions and certification exams are not allowed.
MikroTik Certification Test without prior attendance of particular MikroTik Training Session is not allowed.

Certificates will only be valid for three years.
