The MikroTik CRS326-4C+20G+2Q+RM is a rack-mounted multi-gigabit switch built around the Marvell Prestera 98DX8332 switch chip, paired with a QCA9531 MIPSBE CPU running at 650 MHz, 128 MB of RAM, and 32 MB of FLASH storage. It is designed to meet the growing demand for 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port density in professional environments — including offices, studios, and similar settings where high-bandwidth client connectivity is a priority.
The port configuration centres on 20 × 2.5G Ethernet ports, complemented by 4 × Combo ports that can function as either 2.5G Ethernet or 10G SFP+ depending on what is connected. Two 40G QSFP+ ports provide high-speed uplink capacity for connecting to core switches or aggregation layers. An additional dedicated 100 Mbps Ethernet management port is included for out-of-band management, ensuring switch administration is isolated from production traffic. A serial console port (RJ45) is also available.
Reliability is addressed through dual-redundant hot-swap power supplies housed in two PSU slots, allowing a failed PSU to be replaced without interrupting switch operation. Active cooling is provided by two fans. The device accepts AC input of 100–240 V at 50–60 Hz, with maximum power consumption of 70 W (51 W without attachments).
The switch supports both RouterOS v7 and SwitchOS, giving operators the choice of full RouterOS feature depth — including hardware-accelerated Layer 3 routing (L3HW), ACLs, VLANs, and advanced traffic management — or the streamlined SwitchOS interface. PCB temperature and voltage monitoring are built in. RouterOS v7 is pre-installed and licensed — no separate purchase is required.
The unit ships with 2× IEC cords, rackmount ears, and a screw and feet kit (K10).

General information
All students who attend the Training can receive a free L4 license from MikroTik. Training should be at least three days long.
Students are allowed to take the certification test ONLY upon the attendance of individual training course, in the class, under the supervision of a MikroTik Certified Training Partner.
Each certification test consists of a pre-defined % of random questions (multiple choice and true/false) from specific question categories. Items also have a difficulty parameter. MTCNA test is generated from more straightforward questions, Advanced tests – from more difficult questions.
Only one attempt is allowed. The test must be finished within one hour. The passing grade is set to 60%. There are 25 questions in the exam.
Certificate numbers and RouterOS L4 licenses are assigned automatically by MikroTik. Students can see their certificates and generate license keys once logged into the account server. Printed documents from MikroTik cost USD 30 per piece. Shipping is not included.
Remote training sessions and certification exams are not allowed.
MikroTik Certification Test without prior attendance of particular MikroTik Training Session is not allowed.

Certificates will only be valid for three years.
