The MikroTik CCR2004-1G-2XS-PCIe is a unique PCIe network interface card that embeds a complete, fully licensed RouterOS router directly inside a server. Installed into a standard PCIe slot, it presents itself to the host as a network interface while simultaneously running RouterOS v7 on its own dedicated quad-core ARM64 AL52400 processor running at 1500 MHz with 4 GB of RAM. The card provides 1× Gigabit Ethernet and 2× 25G SFP28 ports, and can operate in two modes: a standard RouterOS mode for full routing, firewall, and VPN functionality, or a Passthrough mode for near-transparent, wire-speed bridging at up to 100 Gbps with Jumbo frames. Supported on Linux hosts and RouterOS hosts, it is aimed for those who want to add powerful router capabilities to an existing server.

The MikroTik XQ+CM0000-XS+ is a QSFP28 to SFP28 form-factor converter — a passive adapter that allows any SFP / SFP+ / SFP28 module (1G / 10G / 25G) to be inserted into a QSFP28 100G/40G port, enabling the use of existing SFP28 transceivers and DAC cables in QSFP28 port-equipped switches without a separate SFP28 switch layer. Tested ambient temperature -20°C to +85°C, MTBF ~100,000 hours at 25°C. No certifications published. The correct port-conversion accessory for CRS504-4XQ-IN, CRS518-16XS-2XQ-RM, CRS510-8XS-2XQ-IN, and any MikroTik or third-party switch with QSFP28 ports where existing SFP28 25G, SFP+ 10G, or SFP 1G modules need to be utilised without rewiring or adding a downstream switch.
