The MikroTik hEX PoE lite (RB750UPr2) is a compact, affordable five-port Fast Ethernet router designed for SOHO environments where simplicity, PoE output, and a small footprint are the priority. Built around the QCA9531 single-core MIPSBE CPU at 650MHz with 64MB of RAM, it handles RouterOS L4 features including routing, firewalling, NAT, and traffic management in a clean plastic desktop enclosure. Ports 2–5 deliver passive PoE output at the same voltage applied to the unit, allowing it to power compatible wireless access points, IP cameras, or small CPEs directly — at up to 1A per port and 2A total — without the need for separate injectors. A USB 2.0 Type-A port with power reset adds support for USB modems or storage devices.

It accepts ±48V DC telecom power input (with a supported range of 36V to 57V at up to 3A) and converts it to a regulated 12V / 7A (85W) output, allowing CCR devices to be powered directly from standard telecom ±48V DC plant infrastructure. An ideal solution for ISP and carrier-grade deployments where ±48V DC power is the standard.
